These Terms govern your use of Tati's Cafe's website and sign-up, and the email and text communications you choose to receive from us. By joining our list, you agree to these Terms.
1. Joining the list
When you submit our "Join the list" sign-up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you (including any phone number you enter), and you consent to receive the communications you selected. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the contact details you provide.
2. Text message (SMS) program
By opting in to text messages, you agree to the following:
- Program. Tati's Cafe sends promotional messages — offers, specials, and updates.
- Consent. You consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier.
How we handle the information collected through this program is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Email communications
If you opt in to email, we'll send updates, events, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
4. Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for the phone number you submit. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out or update your preferences so messages don't reach the wrong person.
5. Intellectual property
The Tati's Cafe name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Tati's Cafe and may not be used without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and communications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tati's Cafe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, sign-up, or communications.
